PRINT WORKS HOUSE, GREAT TITCHFIELD ST, W1

RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL PROPERTY

Great Titchfield Street is a good example of Latitude London’s creative approach to refurbishment and redevelopment of period properties in well established locations. Formerly a printing house, the exterior of the building has been fully refurbished while the interior has been totally restyled by award-winning architects HÛT.

The commercial gallery and office space has been extended at ground level and now links the ground and lower ground floors which are currently home to the Ten Edit Boutique and Fitness Studio.

Taking inspiration from the building’s original light industrial heritage, the upper floors of the interior have been transformed into luxury one and two bedroom apartments including a duplex which now extends upwards into a roof top terrace accessed by an electrically operated, precision engineered, sliding roof light.

Original features such as Crittall windows and ironwork have been retained and integrated into the interior which has contemporary retro industrial mood with reclaimed timber blending with concealed lighting and high specification fixtures and fittings. The result is modern living spaces that exude character and style.
